Getting started

From a call recording to a priced proposal in one sitting.

The end-to-end walkthrough: create a quote request, attach what you already have, and review the draft the AI builds.

Your First AI-Drafted Quote

Everything FlyQuote drafts starts from things you already have by the time you're back in the truck: the customer call and the photos you took on site. This guide walks the whole path once, end to end.

1. Create a quote request

In the dashboard, open Quotes and create a new request. A request is the folder everything about this one job lives in: the audio, the photos, the extracted scope, and every draft.

2. Attach the call and the photos

Upload the call recording (a voice memo of your walkthrough works just as well) and the job photos. Nothing needs to be organized or renamed. If the customer came in through your website form, their photos, video, and answers are already on the request.

3. Let it work

Run the analysis and watch the request update live. Behind the scenes a chain of steps runs: the recording becomes a transcript, the photos are read for scope clues, the two get merged into a job description, and then line items, quantities, and pricing are drafted from it.

4. Review, adjust, send

The draft is a starting point, not a verdict. Check the line items, fix anything that needs your judgment (that's usually price, not scope), and send the proposal. Your first form is free to publish and your first two leads are free, so a real job can go through the whole pipe before you spend anything.
