Attach photos to any request and the vision step pulls scope clues out of them — materials, damage, dimensions where they're readable — and merges that with the transcript. Ten mediocre photos beat two perfect ones; coverage matters more than framing.
On your lead forms
Give customers an Upload photos field (up to 5 photos, 15 MB each) and a Record or upload a video field for a short walkthrough — up to two minutes, which is plenty for a kitchen or a yard. A camera-capture field can require a fresh photo taken on the spot instead of an old one from the gallery.
What the video field changes
A 60-second phone video of the space answers questions you'd otherwise drive out for: layout, access, condition, scale. For plenty of jobs it replaces the first site visit entirely — you quote from the video and reserve the drive for the jobs that are actually yours to win.
